About House-Calls
Many people ask "how do house-calls
work?" Below is a brief explanation of what
happens when I come to your home to
groom.
Bathing - I will bathe your dog anywhere
that you normally bathe at home; smaller
dogs can be done in a sink or laundry tub
and larger dogs can be bathed in the
bathroom tub or outside, weather permitting.
Grooming - I bring everything I need to
give a haircut, trim nails, & clean ears. I will
set up my table just about anywhere in
reach of an electrical outlet with the
exception of the kitchen due to sanitary
reasons. Examples of good places are the
bathroom, basement, laundry room, garage,
or outside, again, weather permitting.
Cleanup - I use a plastic sheet under my
grooming table to catch most of the hair. I
also have a hand-held vacuum to clean up
any stray hairs. I will wipe up the bathing
area, as well. You will not have to clean up
after me!
